I love cake! My favorite is my chocolate cake covered in rich chocolate buttercream, sometimes we layer it with scratch made Raspberry preserves! Decadent! In the tradition of summer fruit we recently perfected a Strawberry cake that boasts real fresh strawberry purée in the batter. The flavor is just perfect! Our Triple Lemon Sunshine cake may be the best seller though; lemon cake with alternating layers of scratch made lemon curd and lemon cream cheese frosting.
